OUR RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days from when the item was received.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Underwear, swimwear and bodysuits
  • Accessories including jewellery, hair accessories, hats, belts, sunglasses, scarves, bags and intimates
  • Items which are missing tags, have been worn, altered or washed

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER (UAE CUSTOMERS)

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. The customer care team will then organise a time and day for your FREE collection.

If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can sort this out for you.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to customercare@westlaboutique.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.

Then post your item(s) back to us using ANY postal service. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and ensure items are packed properly, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

RETURNS PROCESSING

For full priced items, we’ll refund the price you paid (minus any shipping or duties) back to your original method of payment, or as store credit (valid for 6 months). Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All goods will be inspected on return. We try to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be at our discretion. We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Qualifying returns are processed as soon as they are received, and notification of receipt will be sent via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

 

EXCHANGES WITHIN THE UAE

You can exchange your item for another size or colour, free of charge.

Just send an email to [email protected] so that the team can check availability.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We do not offer an international exchange process. For this we recommend you return your order, request store credit and place a new order.
